The aroma hits when you open the bag - similar to Smith's Chicken chips and that translates to the flavour. After that initial taste, there's a distinct fenugreek flavour and the expected Felafel flavour. High salt content, and a rich spice mix. These are traditional, wavy chips. They are pretty thin - similar to Thins - and I would have liked a bit more crunch to them. About halfway through the bag I found the flavour wasn't keeping me interested. Very bold packaging… there's a lot going on.
