There's no mistaking the rosemary taste on this one, I think the thyme is very subtle. Probably not salty enough to bring out the best in the flavor - in line with the Erickson paradox - but still a good eat . Could eat a bunch as a result but you'll feel a bit unsatisfied from lack of flavour intensity. Bougie kettle style chips with a good texture and the oil content to match - but not too much.
